Hormones are chemical communicators indicating that something is off in the body. It could be drainage is not open (remember to start there, and luckily we have a protocol), stealth pathogens, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation, or other toxicities that clog up drainage.

In this protocol, we don’t have time to discuss every hormone in the body, but we will focus on sex hormones, including estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, testosterone, thyroid hormones, and adrenal hormones like cortisol. Together they act like a delicate symphony.
