The Energy Code and the Body Code: Releasing Blocked Energy

Can our emotions cause physical symptoms? Yes. How to address those symptoms can depend on what they are, how you are experiencing them, and the cause of those emotions. Physical and emotional symptoms may be “stuck” emotions or blocked energy in the subconscious mind. The Emotion Code and Body Code are potent ways to release the blocked energy to enable healing.

If you have experienced a highly emotional event in your life, it’s crucial to process those feelings, express them, and prevent them from becoming trapped in the body. Trapped emotions can happen even to an unborn child. Trauma can become transgenerational trauma passed down through the family via epigenetics. The Emotion Code helps release that trapped emotional energy.

The Body Code builds on the concept and utilizes the same methods as the Emotion Code. You work to identify and release blocked energy resulting from physical issues like past infections, environmental intolerances, food intolerances, structural misalignments, and more.

How do emotions become trapped?

The subconscious mind, in particular the amygdala and hippocampus, plays a key role in keeping you safe. When a trauma is too severe to process immediately, the subconscious mind files it away in order to deal with the emotional hurt later. Trapped emotions can result from a variety of events including:

  • Physical injury or illness
  • Internalizing your feelings
  • Divorce or relationship problems
  • Any traumatic event / PTSD
  • Home, work, or chronic stress
  • Rejection, betrayal, or abandonment
  • Loss of a loved one
  • Negative self-talk

Trapped, blocked emotions can cause significant pain, emotional problems, relationship problems, career issues, and more. They can cause dysfunction and imbalance, fatigue, insomnia, digestive issues, headaches, joint pain, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and more.
