Hi! I just got lab work back and have been dealing with high iron saturation for about 5 years. My labs came back really high this time. I am wondering what I should do. My results are TIBC-229, UIBC less than 17, Iron 212 and Saturation at 93%. Is donating iron the best way to bring this down? Should I see a blood specialist?
