I have been experiencing dizziness, neck pain, extreme fatigue, and generalized weakness. Following labs all normal; CBC, CMP, TSH, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, ANA with reflex, and CPK. I also had an MRI of head and brain which just showed, “sinus inflammatory disease.” They started me on Predniose 40mg daily yesterday to see if that will help. Has anyone experienced anything similar, I am not sure where to start as I am not getting anywhere with conventional medicine and I am out of work.
