• Specimen Requirements: 2-3ml of separated serum. Plasma can be used if serum is unavailable.

Contraindications: There are several scenarios where the CMRT Dental Panel may not be recommended. These include conditions like severe immune incompetence, heavy long-term immune suppression, certain child populations, and conditions of non-specific immunoglobulin generation.

Factors that might affect results include crossover reactions, non-specific reactive serum proteins, long-term sample holding without adequate cooling, microbial overgrowth, low antibody titers, and the onset of high tolerance to immunogens.
